I was disappointed that my urgent labels which were ordered late on Monday afternoon, did not arrive until the following Monday.
The web site indicated they would be sent either by carrier or 1st class post on Tuesday, so I expected delivery Wednesday / Thursday.
I phoned to chase on Thursday and again on Friday but was told the package would not be deemed lost until 5 working days had passed. This is not a 1st class service.
