Please may I put on record my sincere apologies to your company, having got two supplier's mixed up. You supplied my self adhesive labels which, as you say, came in one shipment, and very promptly, thank you.
It was the ink cartridges from the my other supplier that is being sent in three lots.
Once again my apologies for my mistake.
