I am used to Avery labels but I thought I'd give label planet a try. Although, initially, I struggled a bit with the format, I persevered and downloaded Label Planet's template. I was a bit confused with how to put graphics and text in the box but when I rang your helpline the girls in the office were very helpful and sorted me out. Thanks in particular to 'Emma' who solved my problem. If I get stuck again I would certainly ask for help straight away, after all - there's no point in struggling, is there?
