Customer service was excellent. I rang prior to ordering as I wanted a sample of the kraft labels. I didn't just want to see the sample, I wanted to print on it to check it would be clear enough for my needs. My sample arrived the very next day. After checking the print would be clear enough I placed my full order that Same day.
