I have used Label Planet a few times in the past for personal use, but on the last occasion we used Label Planet for our small business. There was a fault with the labels when they arrived - a fault that lay with the manufacturer's and not Label Planet. The help and service I received following this was amazing. David emailed and rang to say how sorry he was and did everything he could to help rectify the problem. We were working on a deadline due to an exhibition we have coming up this weekend. David managed to send out replacements and also helped with a "contingency plan" just in case we needed it. So pleased with not only the service and the quality of labels they provide. Highly recommended!
