I cannot fault this company for customer service. They have been most helpful in the past, and my latest order was placed online on Wednesday morning - me thinking it would arrive on Friday when I was home to receive it - and it was here on Thursday! There have been no errors in the orders I have placed, the product is quality for the price and meets my needs exactly. I will continue to use this company as long as I require self adhesive labels.
