fantastic service - good website, prompt arrival of labels AND a template to download. it made everything SO easy. thank you. maybe I missed it but a wee flag up when you order labels saying that you provide template would just put the icing on the cake for any new customers. I was struggling with trying to make my own template and just thought I would check on the website - and was so thrilled to find one but I could have saved a lot of time if I had realised that you had them there.
