Julie at Label Planet was very helpful and patient in dealing with me by email. She sent me out initial samples which I tried and the transparent material did not work on my cider bottles. She sent me out additional samples on white gloss which were perfect for my application. On both occasions the samples arrived quickly and the presentation of material in the envelope was excellent and informative. This gave me confidence to place the full order online.
