I bought a ladder from them he came to me in really bad condition with spills and scratches all over it they wouldn't exchange or refund. The company was really unhelpful.
It was costing me £89 to return the ladder. So I've ended up keeping it. One of the screws for the Hand rail isn't in line so is held in with one screw only.
