I placed my order and paid a whopping £25 extra for next day delivery.
They sent an email saying order processed. And expect another email on dispatch.
No email arrived.
Contacted them reminding I paid £25 extra for next day delivery.
No reply.
So my urgent steps did not arrive and now they have my money but don't bother to reply.
No way to run a business regardless of current situation.
If they can't deliver on promises they should withdraw the promise.
I feel they have robbed me
