The Oxford rectangular garden umbrella I ordered arrived after some delay due to problems with Parcel Force. Lakeland reimbursed me my 48 hour postage which was good. Not all companies would do this. The umbrella has a substantial post and winding mechanism. The canvass top is not heavy canvas. The post comes in two halves which makes moving it easier. I am pleased with purchase.
