This has been a very positive experience dealing with LampShop. My lights were ordered just as the PO went on 48hr strike and as a consequence, the order was delayed. The customer service advisor, Kyle, went out of his way to help resolve the problem. His solution was to contact the local PO depot and establish if the delivery was at the local branch. It was held up due to the strike. As the electrician was already booked he arrange for a second delivery which arrived early on Saturday morning just as Sparky arrived. Outstanding customer service from a British company. If we all take a leaf out of LampShop's and Kyle's book maybe Brexit can be a success! Many thanks from Poole Dorset
