I’ve had several Safari fountain pens over the years and they are a staple in my stationery drawer. When I had hassles with the nibs, after about 4 years, the customer support was exceptional. Better than most new purchase experiences I’ve had. Even if the pens weren’t my favourite, I’d recommend Lamy just for the customer service… a stand out for sure.
