My experience with product support from LAMY Australia has been excellent. I purchased a Lamy Studio pen direct from Germany around 8yrs ago. It has been my favourite everyday pen and I was disappointed when the pen lid started to become very loose. After explaining the issue to LAMY Australia they sent me out a replacement pen! LAMY provides a lifetime warranty and they realy stand by their product for the long term. Also, big thanks to Astrid from the LAMY Australia support team :)
