Ordered mobility scooter batteries from Lanplus and requested my contact number be placed on order so that courier could contact me and tell me where he left order. This was not done. Courier thought it was OK to leave at home previously owned by family member. Courier couldn’t make contact with anyone, and new owners didn’t know who to contact. Lanplus tried to wipe their hands, after all they had my money. I had to find which courier made delivery and where order was. Found courier and they eventually were able to retrieve batteries and place in safe place. Took one month to get order, and would have possibly taken longer if I hadn’t took it into my own hands to find the courier. Leaves a bad taste in mouth for any further business with Lanplus.
