No reply to any emails, bill incorrect by £400.
AVIOD AT ALL COSTS.
No empathy or sympathy rude solicitor - uses paralegal to send dirty work and emails. Don’t even respond to emails!!
Recommend by selling agent - choose your own conveyor don’t take the convenient option - Money for old rope - there is nothing personal about this practice - they have no customer interests or empathy, money is their PRIORITY!
