The lessons are tailored to your needs, the tutor (Patrice in my case) listens to what I want rather than just teaching french in a fixed way. Patrice is friendly and makes me feel at ease. I never feel rushed and he always makes sure I have all the explanation I need, sending me extremely useful links to exercises backing up that day's topics. I would recommend him to anyone wishing to learn french.
