My package was apparently delivered to my home, however we were not home. We had no notification of a delivery time. When I called JC Penny’s to check on my package, They told me to contact the carrier which I did. They informed me that no one was home, so the package was not left at the door no notification was left, so we had no idea that the package was attempted to be delivered. When I got up with Lasership, I was told that it had been sent back to Penney’s. My fear is that it will not make it back to Penny’s. This is the worst delivery company I have ever had to deal with.
