I don't know how this company is still in business. I ordered a package from JCPenney that was shipped via LaserShip. I got an email stating that the package was delivered and that the package was left with me. IT WAS NOT! I have the driver on our security video cameras driving past our house, turning around in the cul-de-sac, and driving back past our house without even slowing down, much less delivering a package. My husband and I were standing in the driveway when the driver drove past. I contacted LaserShip and explained to them what had happened. They didn't care. They said that the package had been delivered and that I needed to contact the seller. I contacted Penney's and was told that I could receive a refund and re-order the items. Not all of the items are still available, so I canceled the order. I was told that I would receive a full refund. We'll see. I'm still waiting for the credit to show up on our credit card. If at all possible, steer clear of this shipping company. They are the worst.
