I ordered a package from FashionNova that was shipped via LaserShip. I got an email stating that the package was delivered. it wasn't!! When I reported the package to their customer services they referred me back to FashionNova because they left the package at the door. Which is a lie since I work from home, no knock, no doorbell ring, no package at all. This happened on 02/18/2022.
