Second time they failed to deliver to the proper address this month. The pic showed that they delivered to another building, but left it on the side at the bottom of a staircase... not even in front of a door. If you're going to be lazy, at least try to make it look like you cared. I called customer service and spoke with a woman named Spirita who literally hung up on me after I told her there was a photo for reference. Wow. It's a wonder any supplier trusts this company.
