First, there should be a negative rating because they don't deserve this 1 star. Fashion nova used them to deliver my package, they came to my house, took a picture of the package in front of my house, and they took the package back after marking the order as delivered. I have had a very horrible experience with this shipping company, and they are ought to run out of business soon. No company should ever use them.
