Hello My Order NO. GSUNN936400HP1S. Tracking NO. 1LSCZ5A000Q1KWE. I was tracking my package on the Lasership website. I checked my package several times in the front door and a mailroom, but my package wasn't there after 1.00 to 9.50 PM. I looked for my package delivery all day on 3/23/2021. On the lasership website, it was shown that my package is on transit and not for delivery on 03/23/2022. Then, on the Lasership website, I was required to notify me by phone and no one notified me about the package delivery. Next morning, I checked the Lasership website and It shows that the package was delivered at 8 PM on 03/23/2022. But, the package was never delivered. I contacted Lasership customer service and opened an investigation. I never received my package because it was a fraud. I contacted Lasership customer service several times on 03/24/2022 to 3/26/2022. Lasership case number: 05358370. Customer service representatives told me that the package was never delivered and still in transit. Please resolve these problems. I am very disappointed. Thanks
