Would give zero stars if possible. Recently marked my package as delivered, photo driver took was evidence they brought it to the wrong address. Customer service no help. “Investigation concluded package was delivered” was all I got. Other experiences include hanging my package on the fence in the rain, tossing it over the fence while I watched from the porch. Always bringing it to the neighbors despite the clear address numbers. Truly awful. Zero accountability for their drivers negligence.
