I agree with others here, if I could give a zero or negative star rating, I would! Shipment from JCPenny never arrived. Although LaserShip 'claims' they delivered it, and that was all they could do. They stated nothing was needed for investigation of the non delivered package, maybe the package was stolen, or blew away. Seriously? I recived all the other packages that day from USPS or UPS, but the LaserShip package was the 1 that blew away or was stolen? Imbeciles! LaserShip stated to contact seller that they show the package as delivered, nothing more than can do. Thankfully, JCPenny refunded $ for the never delivered merchandise, and then created a new order for it. HOWEVER, they shipped the package back out again, via LaserShip. URGH!! I assume I am never getting this package either and will have to get a 2nd refund out of JCPenny!
