My package was marked delivered on 9/9 @ 4:pm. I was sitting at my building door from 3pm waiting on my package and no one came to my building door. I call LaserShip at 4:20 pm to let them know that I didn't receive my package and they said they are going to do an investigation. They posted a picture with a box at a BLACK DOOR but my DOOR is RED. These ppl are a bunch of criminals..Avoid using this shipping company pls..
