This service deserves no stars. This is at least the tenth time this year a package they supposedly delivered to me was lost or never delivered. I find that if you get an email from them saying a package was to be delivered on a prior day, you’re screwed. If two or more days have passed your package is history. It seems they can only do so many packages in a day, so if your package was supposed to be delivered two days ago. Forget it. It’s gone.
