On-line purchase with Zara, the courier is OnTrac, and they use LaserShip. Well, 2 unsuccessful delivery attempts, prompted me to change the delivery address to my office address. Now my package is supposedly sitting at their facility pending seller's approval of the address change - which Zara told me, was sent to OnTrac. OnTrac tells me they don't see the approval yet and I get different stories each time I contact OnTrac - and Zara has been ZERO help in this situation - only that address changes are not guaranteed. Extremely frustrated because I get packages all the time without having any issues, but with Lasership, it's always a problem.
