I placed an order with Nordstrom. Packages are usually shipped via USPS or UPS. Unfortunately, LaserShip was responsible for shipping. Failed to deliver, received mixed messages, etc. I called Nordstrom to lodge a complaint against this shipping company. Worst experience ever. Told Nordstrom they should not do business with LaserShip. Very frustrated.
