The merchandise I ordered from Nordstrom was delivered by LaserShip to the wrong address, although my address was clearly printed on the label. It's only because the person who lives several streets away from my address and received the package in error brought it to my house that I am now in possession of the merchandise. This is not my first experience with LaserShip delivering to the wrong address.
