Every time an order changes to Lasership delivery, I can expect at least a three to ten day delay. They NEVER arrive on expected date by vendor. This time their website OnTrac said additional information is needed, but there is no contact information on the website, and I have never been contacted by them, spent over an hour online for a chat and information, finally told it would be another 1-3 days. I would NEVER pick them as a delivery service, and would give them NO STARs if that were an option. I still have not received my package.
