Fantastic customer service! Sass, the customer service representative, was very understanding, accommodating and friendly. My package was tampered with (stolen) and I didn’t use the $2.00 shipping insurance. She helped me with that issue. Get that $2.00 shipping insurance! I haven’t tried the lashes yet but I wanted to appreciate the customer service
