Shipping is always as quick as it can be (once in a great while they may have a short delay….just like anything else) but never too long. My order has always been correct, always packed with cate and the quality of the G’a has always been excellent and consistently excellent. I wear almost daily, I change every 3-5 days, I don’t reuse (I don’t have time). I just love the look it gives me, always that “pop” of drama or curl or increased natural length. I’m a life user. XO
