Way easier and longer lasting then the magnetic lashes or traditional false lashes. There is a learning curve but the more you apply them the faster and longer lasting they become as you improve your technique. I have sparse lashes and am prone to seasonal allergies that make my eyes tear a lot and the lashes stay on.
