I have loved many of the products but the Fluff line was very disappointing. I should have taken it as a sign when some of the clusters were floating around in the package not connected to the base. Then when wearing them they didn’t last anywhere as long as the Es
I read the policy and I understand that there are no returns or refunds, which I understand. I’m just really disappointed in the products in the Fluff line.
