I really love Lashify! It’s a fantastic product! However, I think they need to expand on the understanding of how the Luxe-Box works. Since it is the most accessible on the navigation bar, I had been creating a Luxe Box for each order. Little did I know I had been creating several different repeating orders. User error, I know. I should have been more cognizant. But now I have to manage several different recurring boxes, not able to cancel one until 2 orders later. I had emailed the concierge about this to no avail. I really love Lashify, but I really wish customer service was better.
