Shipping and packaging is always great! The lashes themselves are a hit or miss, due to a lot of inconsistencies between orders of the same lash style. Ex: Some Fluffies are super dense and well fanned out and others are much narrower in width and don't spread out despite my best efforts.
Regardless, I keep ordering bc the packaging and automatic delivery is super convenient.
