I was really frustrated the first 2-3 times I applied the gossamer lashes, but once Customer Service sent me a different YouTube video on better application technique, it was much easier. I wasn't letting the bond and white product dry before applying the lashes. Once I did that, it was easier. Another challenge was figuring out what size lashes to pick for my eyes. I figured it out for the most part.
