Extremely dissatisfied with this company’s service. I’ve never had such an unpleasant experience returning an item that did not work for me. Not only was i not able to return the entire purchase (one of the items which was unused “was not returnable”), but i had to pay $18 to send it “fee” plus the fee i paid at the post office to ship. The worst part is that there was no flexibility at all… no way around it. first and last time shopping with lashify.
