It started off well, but the more lashes I get, the less impressed I am with the quality. Some have arrived looking crimped. The Bold lashes have torn apart getting them out of the cartridge. In addition, the app and website are not user friendly, and details regarding my subscription on the app were simply wrong. Finally, I've sent two messages through to customer service weeks ago and have never received responses. I wanted badly to like the product and company, but my experience has gone downhill fast.
