i followed all the videos on how to apply it but after one day of applying it the lashes started falling off.
requested for a return and refund but i was told that they can only accept return if i pay the shipping and everything has to be on the same packaging then they will decide if it’s eligible for refund. Such a waste of money . their social media account was completely deceiving.
