Some of my lashes were damaged when getting then out of the container. At first used the wand and the gossamer split in half, so I used my hands and same thing happened. I lost lashes because of this. Aesthetically the packaging is nice, but it doesn't work. I think loose lashes will be soo much better. As far as the look they do deliver
