I tried to cancel and even got a survey asking why I unsubscribed and my account was not deactivated and I’ve had two subsequent charges. Worse yet they were for lashes and products I had tried to edit in the months before canceling. Terrible app terrible website products are just too stiff. Hoping the skipping I did for the next few months will be the way to keep from getting charged until they figure out their technical issues or they go out of business.
