Really impressed with the concept behind Latitude and also their customer service. I bought a pair of ski pants but then decided to exchange for another style, and Helen (via Facebook) was so helpful - she really went above and beyond by giving me updates about my order without me even asking! Am really happy to have found Latitude as there was a real gap in the market and they stock my favourite snow brands! Looking forward to shopping with you more in the future 😊
