A week ago on Saturday I ordered some yarn and a circular needle as I had decided to take the plunge and knit some socks. On Sunday I realised that I needed a smaller size of needle, so promptly at 0900 on Monday I rang in the hope of being in time to change my order. This was no problem at all, and yesterday my small parcel arrived. It is a long time since I last knitted with 4ply yarn and have no experience of using a circular needle. However, with the help of a few online videos by the wonderful Roxanne Richardson, I have made a start. The yarn is WYS Signature sock yarn in Woodpigeon colour.
