I ordered 5 or 6 balls of various sock yarns recently from Laughing Hens. They stock a lot of variety of sock yarns. I have since knitted socks with Rico Design Sprinkly Stripes in Shade 03. The yarn is nice to knit with. I knit socks using 2x ChiaoGoo 40 cm circular needles, my method of choice. These socks are knitted just to a basic pattern which I adjusted to give me an toe shape which matches my foot. I made a cardboard template of the bottom of my foot which is very useful for lengths etc.
