We ordered a sofa, in chenille. It arrived promptly and looked great, however after only being sat on twice the fabric flattened and looks badly marked. LA were not helpful, telling me that’s how chenille is. I asked why couldn’t they have pointed this out in the store, at least if I had known it would have been an informed decision to purchase it. I was told I should have researched it, fair enough but as they know this, I would have appreciated it being mentioned somewhere.
I am now stuck with a sofa that looks shabby, it’s just weeks old!
