I have paid £200 for the designer from LA to come out to us , we were promised mood boards and specs and pricelist 10 days later and still nothing , i have chased up the designer with calls and emails and nothing . When choosing an interior designer and paid them i expect a proffessional service and to at laest reply to messages ,
Laura Ashley design sevices are far from proffessional and for such a large company to behave in this way is simply inexcusable.
