Absolutely disgraceful that customers are now being informed that privilege vouchers and gift cards can no longer be used but encouraging you to continue to use your Laura Ashley card. No wonder you couldn’t survive as a company you are blatantly dishonest. To top it all you are blaming your demise on Covid-19. You were long gone and a total failure before anybody had even heard of Covid.
