Absolutely appalling customer service! Firstly I never even received a confirmation of my order so had to proactively chase daily for updates, then when I wanted to return the item that caused more waiting for them to reply and finally after returning the item it took nearly 2 months, yes TWO months to receive my refund which I had to chase daily for!! Once I was refunded I just got an automated text message, no one from customer service even had the decency to reply to any of my emails! Absolutely shocking
